Healing Your Inner Sunshine: Tea Workshop and Ceremony

Abby Richard, Founder of The Skies Within, is coming together with Paula Athena, Colombian Herbalism Student and Embodied Storyteller, to reignite your Inner Sunshine. This workshop is the third of our chakra-aligned series focusing on the Solar Plexus Chakra. Experience ancient herbalism, reiki, and chakra teachings that bridge Eastern and Western Science for whole being healing.

Participants will experience guided meditation, chakra activation exercises and frequencies to open and balance the solar plexus, affirmations, group reiki exercise, a curated reiki-infused tea ceremony, take home blend for purchase.

Participants are encouraged to bring a journal for taking notes.
