Healing Your Inner Child Hypnotherapy Workshop

Nearly every person experiences emotional pain in childhood.
Maybe you felt rejected, misunderstood, abandoned, criticized, or alone. Maybe there were experiences that felt overwhelming at the time, and you didn't have the support or understanding needed to fully process them.
As children, we create beliefs and coping strategies to help us feel safe and get our needs met.
Those patterns often follow us into adulthood, showing up as people-pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, low self-worth, relationship struggles, anxiety, or emotional triggers that seem bigger than the situation itself.
***If you have experienced significant childhood trauma and haven't worked through it with a licensed mental health professional, know that we won't revisit traumatic memories in this workshop. Instead, we'll focus mainly on connecting with the younger part of you that needs support.
Inner child work helps you reconnect with the parts of yourself that are still carrying pain, fear, and unmet needs. By bringing compassion, understanding, and support to these parts of yourself, you can begin to heal old wounds and create lasting change in the present.
In this workshop, we'll use hypnotherapy to access the subconscious mind where these deeper patterns and beliefs are stored. Through a guided hypnosis journey, you'll connect with your inner child, begin healing at the root, and develop a relationship with yourself that supports ongoing growth, self-acceptance, and emotional freedom.
The more you learn to care for the parts of you that are hurting, the less they need to run your life. 💜
Event Cost: $30
