Join Julia for a day of connection and dropping into our bodies in preparation for the change of the season. November is a month to celebrate all we have grown through this year and to connect with our inner resources as we prepare for the inner journey of the winter months.
You will leave feeling grateful, lighter and ready to move through this next season with ease.
Dress comfortably. Please bring a journal and pen/pencil and a yoga mat. Bolsters for relaxing will be supplied.
