Healing With Yoga - Limited Group Series

You are invited to join a trauma-sensitive, eight-week yoga series designed to hold you when things are hard.

  WHAT TO EXPECT:
  Every session is designed to explore yoga from a trauma-sensitive lens. Sequences will build on each other each week and participants are regularly asked for their input and desires.
  Each session will include time for:
  🌱 a personal check-in
  🌱 a yoga practice
  🌱 a guided closing reflection for journaling and rest
  🌱 optional tea & chat after class
  WHO CAN JOIN?
  Survivors of all kinds, abilities, & experiences are welcome. All bodies are yoga bodies.
  This might be an especially useful series if you:
  ❤️ Want a body-based approach to healing
  ❤️ Have experience with hypervigilance, dissociation, or emotional dysregulation
  ❤️ Feel overwhelmed in fast-paced or physically intense yoga classes
  ❤️ Are looking for a safe, nonjudgmental space to process and heal
  APPLY TODAY
  Applications are reviewed on a first-come basis. Sliding scale spots are available.
  Pay-what-you can spots are held for folks displaced by or experiencing job loss due to the LA fires. You could consider $50 as a starting point, but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Make sure to mark LA Fires in your application.
