About this Event

Saturday, August 10, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. CT

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed these days. Upheaval around the world and in our own communities has left many of us feeling stressed, exhausted, and dispirited. However, the spirits of the land offer guidance, strength, and energy to revitalize ourselves and the positive values that bind us as a community.

In this interactive workshop, Phyllis will lead participants in creating a sacred space, welcoming and honoring the spirits of the land. She will then guide participants on a shamanic journey to connect with, learn from, and heal with these spirits. After the journey, there will be a reflection period for journaling and breakout groups to share experiences, lessons, and inspirations.

Join us in this joyful and healing adventure to:

• Create sacred space
• Welcome and honor the spirits of the land
• Experience a shamanic journey with drumming and guidance to connect with, learn from, and heal with the spirits of the land
• Reflect and journal
• Share experiences, lessons, and inspirations in small breakout groups

Registrants will receive on-demand access to recording(s) that can be viewed for two weeks following the conclusion of the program.
