Discover the ancient wisdom of the Five Elements and how they influence your body, emotions, and energy. This transformative workshop blends Eastern medicine, vibrational healing, and energy work to restore harmony within.
What you’ll get:
Meditation: Heather will begin the workshop by leading a brief mediation to balance the 5 elements in the body. This will prepare and open the body for receiving the powerful healing energies of acupuncture, Reiki and sound healing.
Acupuncture: Dr. Tenelle will be giving an 5 Element based-acupuncture session for all attendees. This session will help move stagnant energy (qi) to help with emotional release, physical relaxation, nervous system regulation and trauma release.
Reiki: Melissa will guide you through an intuitive, hands-on healing experience that calms the nervous system, clears stagnant energy, and supports deep emotional and energetic release—helping you reconnect with your inner peace and power.
Sound Healing: Using the powerful healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, which can help induce a theta brainwave state. Being in a Theta state can foster deep relaxation, allowing the body to recalibrate and heal.
