In our Art Therapy Healing Circle, we will gather in a safe, supportive space to gently release emotions through painting, drawing, and creative play. No artistic experience needed - just an open heart and a want to express yourself creatively and connect with others. Art has a beautiful way of helping us process what words cannot. Each brushstroke becomes a step toward peace, clarity, and inner safety.
