Join us for our new moon sound healing, a session including live crystal singing bowls and flute blended with original backing tracks — soft synth, guitar, voice, and woven-in nature sounds — all tuned to the bowls' frequencies to create a warm, layered soundscape guiding you inward on a journey through sound.
Feel free to arrive a little early to set up and settle in, grab some tea or journal/meditate.
Please bring comfort items to support you on your journey to self love and healing.
