Healing to Joy

Healing to Joy embodies a collaboration between Laurie Fleurentin, Haitian choreographer and Deborah Vaughan, choreographer and artistic director for Dimensions Dance Theater. The music will include original score by Jeff Pierre, master drummer and composer. “Healing to Joy ", explores how we work to get to a place where we can transcend complex and daunting challenges and reach a place where joy is rightly honored as motivation to speak out, to show out to protest and above all to rise above negativity and inaction.”

We suggest people use ride share or public transportation due to limited parking, around the Malonga Center.
