WORKSHOP SCHEDULE:
11am: Writing Past Trauma with Bozhena. Learn how to begin, or strengthen your journaling practice. This 90 minute workshop focuses on processing and healing from past trauma. $20 per person--Only 10 Spots Available!

6pm: Guided Meditation & Soundbbath with JD. A one hour guided meditation with Harmonic Mayan Flute designed to "go beneath the watertable" to help foster peace and connectivity. Bring Your Own Mat/Blanket. $33 per person--Only 6 Spots Available!
