Join the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Harrisburg Chapter for our annual holiday workshop focused on mental wellness and coping with grief, anxiety, depression, and loss during the holiday season. Gather with others to honor grief, re-evaluate priorities and explore ways to find moments of comfort this season. A remembrance craft will be created to refocus your energy on joy.
The end-of-life care planning presentation will prepare you to make advance decisions and lessen the burden on loved ones.
