Dance Therapy is a joyful and healing workshop that helps you reconnect with your body and emotions through expressive movement. Blending music, rhythm, play and mindful exercises, the session creates a safe, uplifting space to release stress, explore your feelings, and rediscover your inner strength. With guided activities, group connections and gentle reflection, participants experience the freedom of moving without judgement and the comfort of shared support, ending with a calming relaxation ritual.

 The workshop is led by Amita Gaikwad, a trained Dance Movement Therapist from TISS Mumbai, experienced in working with children's centres, NGOs, women's groups, and senior citizen communities. Her nurturing, updated approach ensures a deeply meaningful and transformative experience.
