Healing through Hiking - Macclesfield Forest Walk, WOMENS ONLY

After sharing my story on Instagram about overcoming a 4-year narcissistic relationship through hiking and nature, I was overwhelmed by the response. Many reached out, sharing their own experiences.

I decided to put these walks together with the purpose to create a safe place to be and reconnect to our through time in nature.

This walk holds personal significance for me; it's where I found solace during tough times.
This a free, women-only event.

The walk is suitable for all, including forest bathing.

These walks are dog friendly as long as they're calm and friendly dogs with both people and other dogs too ?
We meet at Teggs Nose Country Park Car Park ?️ at 10am.

There are toilets and coffee shop in the car park.
