EXPRESS. CONNECT. HEAL. Join us in a safe, compassionate space as we transform grief into healing through various forms of art and creative expression to help adults process and cope with the emotional challenges of loss. Through this six-week expressive arts grief support group, we will use creativity through art, journaling, movement, and music to explore emotions, honor memories, and support one another. This type of therapy is particularly beneficial for those who may find it difficult to articulate their grief verbally.WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE:
• Emotional Expression – Express feelings through creativity when words aren’t enough
• Holistic Healing – Nurture mind, body and spirit on the journey through grief
• Personalized Support – Activities tailored to the group’s needs and experiences
• Communication & Connection – Find comfort in sharing with others who understand
MATERIALS PROVIDED. NO ARTISTIC EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
$20 PER SESSION. THIS GROUP IS LIMITED TO 8-10 PARTICIPANTS.
