About this Event

It's hard to be happy when your heart is hurting.

It's hard to feel connected to the people and things you love, when your heart is closed.

And it's practically impossible to feel enthusiastic... to be filled with positivity, enthusiasm and zest for life... to be your best, most wondrous and dazzling self... when your heart feels empty.

In this in-person Magical Meditation session, you'll be guided through a series of powerful processes that will allow you to get deeply in touch with your inner self, and to what truly matters to you.

You'll experience your loving energy & essence in beautiful new ways, and you'll reconnect with important aspects of yourself which you might have lost touch with.

This program is 100% beginner-friendly, 100% supportive, and 100% committed to your evolution and growth.

Deep Dive Dream Center is located at 201 S. Craig Street in the heart of Oakland. (Between Fifth Ave. & Forbes Ave.) Free street parking all day on Sunday.

Space in the workshop is extremely limited. Sign up now to secure your spot!

Please Note: Masks & proof of vaccination are NOT required. We will keep a window open and multiple fans blowing to ensure a constant circulation of fresh outside air. If you're not feeling well, please let us know and we'll happily reschedule you for a session on another day.

Feedback from Ross Marshall (@RossMarshallWrites):

Thanks so much for sharing your medicine with us. I've definitely felt things shift and integrate internally, some of them subtle, some of them not so much.

One of the biggest things I've come to notice is just HOW MUCH unconscious programming and core negative beliefs I've come to take as being my true Self. It's been interesting unearthing those, and I'm grateful for your guidance in getting that process going.

Feedback from Sudha Sai (@Sudhafed):

I enjoyed the experience. I loved that all the participants were there for the same reason, which allowed me to connect a little more to others there, and mentally offer empathy to them. It also allowed me to be empathetic to myself too, which can be a struggle.

What you said about needing to speak to the brain in a language it understands resonated with me. Using visualizations as a tool may have done something that words alone could not. I had some vivid dreams that night after the session, as you said we might have.

Thanks for the wonderful experience,

Sudha

Feedback from Stephanie Rouch:

I really enjoyed the meditation experience and hope to join again. I have since used the water meditation you guided us through to fall asleep. A few months ago, someone gave me soft loving advice to live with "delicious curiosity." The meditation experience helped me to explore more ways to do this. I liked talking about and practicing how each feeling is an experience, something we can choose to engage with or not.

Thanks again, peace,

Stephanie

Feedback from Justin Pickul:

I appreciate you reaching out — one of many the many signifiers I've noted that you really care about the work you are doing. With regards to impressions, I have to say that you, your space, and the work done all get top marks in my book.

I had privately been working on the trauma that I revisited in the session before, but I had never revisited said trauma from such perspectives. It was shockingly lucid, and took little to no effort for me to arrive in each mental space as you framed it for us.

I had literally come from an Ayahuasca ceremony that had closed that morning, and was feeling emotionally raw as the medicine was doing its work. I almost thought better of going to Deep Dive, but I'm very grateful I did. The process only reinforced the work being done, and I was happy to sit with people who are open to self-expansion and healing.

Traditionally, I've had a hard time with visualization techniques in guided meditation but again, this was shockingly simple and effective. I will be employing this technique for a number of focuses in the future. I'll also be sure to inform some of my receptive friends of Deep Dive. I'm looking forward to stepping back in the space.

Feedback from Pattie Martello:

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for having me, listening, and helping. It was a very positive experience. You fostered an environment of acceptance and trust. The timeline meditations were particularly helpful. They helped me look at the events more as an objective observer than a victim.

I really liked all of your visualization exercises. They were interesting and helpful. It’s not clear to me why they were helpful, but who cares “why" if they help, right?

I looking forward to working with you again!

Best,

Pattie
