Meet the Facilitators

Krishna — Homegrown Henrico

Krishna is a sound healer, herbalist, creative, and wellness facilitator who creates intentional spaces for healing and self-reconnection. Through sound, intuitive expression, and her own healing journey, she invites you to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with the softer parts of yourself.

During this workshop, Krishna will guide you through intuitive painting and a restorative sound bath, giving you space to express what words sometimes can’t.

Keon — Reiki Practitioner

Keon brings a grounded, compassionate presence to the experience through Reiki and energy work. His intention is to create a peaceful environment where you can relax, receive, and give yourself permission to simply be.

Together, Krishna and Keon are creating a space centered around healing, creativity, connection, and self-love.

You don’t need to be an artist. You don’t need previous experience with Reiki or sound healing. You simply need to come as you are.
