As Valentine’s Day approaches, we are often encouraged to focus on love outside of ourselves — romantic love, relationships, and validation.
This workshop offers something deeper: a return to the heart as a place of safety, wisdom, self-connection and connection to the All.
Healing the Heart is a Mandala Meditation Art Healing Workshop designed to support emotional release, heart-chakra awakening, and the cultivation of true self-love and inner peace.
This is not about creating “perfect” art — it’s about presence, intention, and healing through creativity.
What You’ll Experience
✨ Guided Heart-Centred Meditation
We’ll begin with a gentle meditation focused on awakening the heart, softening emotional armour, and reconnecting with your inner self. This practice is accessible, grounding, and suitable for all levels.
🖊 Reflective Journalling Practice
You’ll be guided through a heart-opening journalling exercise, exploring themes of self-love, compassion, forgiveness, and emotional truth — creating space for clarity and release.
🎨 Mandala Art Healing with Acrylic Paint Cones
You’ll be taught the unique and meditative art of painting mandalas using acrylic paint cones — a slow, intentional technique inspired by the art of henna, that encourages deep focus, calm, and embodiment.
You’ll then spend an extended creative session painting your own mandala on canvas, allowing your inner world to express itself through colour, form, and rhythm.
No prior art experience is needed — this workshop is about process, not performance.
