What does it truly mean to heal the heart?
Join us for Healing the Courageous Heart, a 5-day experiential retreat where you’ll explore the joy, strength, and transformative power that come from healing wounds of the heart. Whether you've experienced loss—of people, purpose, self-identity—or carry the ache of dreams lost or hope deferred, this is your space to heal, grow, and reclaim your inner wisdom.
You’ll work with tools and practices such as:
Guided imagery & meditative reveries
Somatic healing, movement & music
Deepening your capacity for self-compassion, open-heartedness, and emotional resilience
By the end of the retreat, you will leave with:
Greater clarity about your inner values and strengths
Tools to support your ongoing healing journey
A renewed ability to trust, express compassion, and live with courage
Tuition & Registration:
Tuition: $1,599 (same rate for members & non-members)
Minimum deposit: $395
Balance due by October 15, 2025
