For centuries, women who held knowledge, intuition, healing gifts and deep connection to the land were persecuted, silenced and destroyed.
The Witch Hunts may be over — but their impact is not.
Many women today still carry these ancestral wounds in their bodies, nervous systems and relationships:
-Fear of being seen, heard or taking up space
-A deep mistrust of other women
-Chronic self‑doubt, people‑pleasing or self‑silencing
-A sense of grief, rage or shame you can’t quite explain
-A longing for sisterhood, purpose and belonging
Healing the Burning Times is a powerful yet gently held, in‑person workshop for women who feel this call — even if they can’t yet put it into words.
This is not a history lesson. It is a somatic, emotional, ancestral and spiritual healing experience designed to help you release inherited fear, reclaim your inner authority, and remember who you are beneath centuries of suppression.
This day may be helpful if:
-You feel a deep emotional response when you hear about the witch hunts or women being persecuted
-You struggle with visibility, leadership, confidence or trusting your intuition
-You feel grief, anger or fear that doesn’t feel entirely your own
You long for genuine sisterhood but find it hard to trust other women
-You sense you are here to live differently — more truthfully, more boldly, more fully
You do not need to identify as a “witch”. You only need to be willing to listen to what is stirring inside you.
What This Day Offers
Across this immersive day, we will gently and bravely:
-Create a safe, grounded, trauma‑aware container for deep inner work
-Name and explore how the Burning Times still live in our bodies and lives
-Grieve what was lost — individually and collectively
-Meet and heal an ancestral Witch lineage connected to you
-Reclaim the gifts, strengths and medicine that were suppressed
-Anchor these reclaimed qualities into your everyday life
-Experience the healing power of being truly witnessed by other women
The Shape of the Day (10.30am – 5.30pm)
Arrival & Opening
-We begin by arriving together — with tea, intention setting, gentle ritual, and calling in ancestral support.
Check‑In & Naming the Call
-What has brought you here? What does the Burning Times awaken in you? You will be invited to speak — or simply listen.
Understanding the History and how inherited trauma is passed down
-A short, accessible overview of the Burning Times and how these wounds continue to shape women’s lives today. We explore patterns such as fear, self‑silencing, betrayal between women, and the body’s response to threat — always with compassion and choice.
Uncovering the Wounds of the Past
-Through shared stories and a guided grief circle, we honour the realities of what happened and create space for personal and collective grief to be witnessed.
Journey to Meet Your Witch Ancestor
-A guided drum journey to meet an ancestral Witch connected to your lineage — not to relive trauma, but to bring healing, understanding and restoration.
Honouring Ritual
-You will honour her story through a silver spoon ceremony to carry forward her medicine.
Changing the Story
-A second drum journey to meet your Witch Ancestor as a supportive guide — reclaiming strengths, wisdom and gifts that want to live through you now.
Grounding the Gifts
-We anchor what you have received into your body and everyday life through a powerful sovereignty practice.
What You Will Leave With
Women often leave this work feeling:
-More rooted, calm and embodied
-Clearer about who they are and what matters to them
-Less burdened by shame, fear or inherited grief
-More trusting of their intuition and inner authority
-Deeply nourished by authentic sisterhood
-Connected to a lineage of strength rather than persecution
