Learn how to support Mom & Baby with nourishing and calming herbal teas and infusions with local Master Herbalist Kerri Kiernan.
Herbs have been traditionally used to gently lift the mood and to support lactation, and you can use them too! Feel better and support your body with healing plants to address common postpartum concerns.
This workshop discusses the safety of medicinal plants and how to source herbs to make your own unique herbal tea blends for lactation support as well as for mood support.
Supplies will also be provided in class for you to create your own mood or lactation support tea to bring home.
This class isn’t just for parents, it’s also for the people who support them! Create an herbal tea as a gift for someone you love or learn how to bring healing herbal teas into your practice as a business that serves Moms in their 4th trimester.
Preregistration required so that we have the perfect amount of supplies for attendees. If you need to cancel, please contact [email protected] by 5/1/25 so that you can put your class credit towards another workshop or service.
If there is enough supplies, additional tea can be purchased to take home. Healing herbal salves gentle enough for baby's sensitive skin will also be available for purchase.
