Join us once again for another healing sound bath, this time on the eve of the summer solstice with Jonah Montes.
In this exclusive 75 minute workshop, you’re invited to a one of a kind experience that combines therapeutic sound healing with guided relaxation. The workshop begins with light movement and gentle restorative yoga to help ease the body into a more restful state. The rest of the workshop will have you serenaded with the soothing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, and rainstick all while being guided through a Yoga Nidra-inspired meditation that will leave your body and mind feeling fully renewed and restored.
