HEALING SOUND BATH with Yoga Sue

🦎 Please join us on Saturday, June 27 at 6pm for a relaxing sound bath held at the beautiful Iguana Imports located at 3440 E. Broadway in Long Beach.
This event will be hosted in the gorgeous gallery space at Iguana Imports. You will be surrounded by beautiful art work throughout the sound bath experience.
The world is shifting and shaking right now, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed at times.
This break will do you so much good! You deserve it, it’s like a little treat 😊.
Bring a friend who could use a break, it will be a very sweet act of love.
You’ll sink into sound and experience deep relaxation for your body, mind and spirit.
You’ll slip into peace as the vibrations from the crystal sound bowls, chimes and other healing instruments help shift you from “fight or flight” to a place of peaceful relaxation.
You’ll emerge feeling wonderfully refreshed and reconnected to yourself.
Bring your mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering and anything else you need to be comfy and cozy.
Walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
This healing sound bath is offered to you with love by donation.
Minimum $10 donation is appreciated/feel free to dig deeper if called (NOTAFLOF)

Notes:
Street parking
Sound bath runs 45-50 minutes
Store will be closed to the public and the Sound Bath attendees can enjoy private after hours shopping time if desired.
FYI: No public restroom is available in the shop, but attendees are welcome to use the restroom at The Library right next door or at The Attic right across the street.
Kids who can be still and quiet for 45 minutes are welcome.
