Healing Sound Bath

Come into this loving container of energetic healing. Good for all levels... newbies welcome! Jen will use vocals, gongs, drums, chimes, a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set and a variety of other instruments for the sound bath.

Everything that exists is made of sound and vibration. Our bodies are 70% water, making them ideal conductors for transformative sound experiences. This sound bath will help release tension and stress.
