Healing retreat 21st September

Join us at this nurturing session to help release trauma, negative thought patterns & stress.

Join us for this half-day of relaxation and stress release at our Healing mini-retreat. Take some time for yourself in this supportive circle, where you'll be guided into self-care techniques and somatic experiencing for healing, to help release stored trauma and prevent burnout.

If you have any unresolved trauma in your past, this can show up as chronic pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, lethargy, inflammation, and more.

Our experienced practitioners will guide you through these healing practices to help you unwind and release negative thought patterns and stored trauma.

*You will need to bring a yoga mat, yoga bolster (or alternative), a blanket, and anything else that makes you feel cosy and secure. Chairs will be available, but the majority of the session will be held sat in circle, on the floor.
