GOCA is proud to partner with UCCS Alumnus, Ambria Sward to present a series of Healing Movement Classes in the gallery in the beginning of 2025! These classes are FREE but registration is required.
Classes will take place on the following dates in the Marie Walsh Sharpe Gallery at the Ent Center for the Arts.

Sat, Jan 18th, 12-1pm
Sat, Jan 25th, 12-1pm
This workshop is recommended for people who are interested in healing through movement. If you have tried yoga, and Pilates, and enjoy moving your body this is great. If you have not tried a movement class, this class is great for you because no movement experience is required.
