Healing Knit Society Gathering - April

Join us on April 19th from 1–5 PM for an afternoon of knitting in community, meaningful connection, and a deeply nourishing, heart-centred somatic breathwork experience.

With this month’s theme, Affairs of the Heart, you’re invited to slow down, soften, and turn inward. This gathering is designed as a gentle pause, a space to reconnect with yourself while being held in the warmth of community. Whether you’re moving through something tender, seeking clarity, or simply craving rest, this afternoon offers space for it all.

We’ll begin by settling into the space together with a guided medetation and journalling practice, followed by a guided, heart-centred breathwork journey led by the incredible Charise Alyssa. This practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper connection to your inner landscape, all at your own pace.

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll have time to knit (or bring any fibre art you love), sip on thoughtfully selected, theme-inspired tea, and enjoy nourishing snacks. There will be space for quiet reflection, organic conversation, and shared moments of laughter and connection. Everything, always, is an invitation- nothing is manditory.

Expect cozy, welcoming vibes, soft lighting, beautiful yarns, and the kind of presence that feels both grounding and expansive.

No prior breathwork experience is needed, just come as you are.

No knitting experience required (a complementary "how to knit" workshop will be heald in advance of the gathering- please indicate if you require this workshop upon registration)
