This 6 Week program will provide survivors of trauma and/or sexual violence a means of becoming reacquainted with their bodies, help them become grounded in the present moment, and allow them to explore the benefits of mindfulness as they flow breath to movement in guided practice and meditation.

Join us at Ashakti Wellness & Yoga PLLC for our new support service, Healing Inside/Out©, designed specifically for survivors of trauma, including sexual violence. We believe in all forms of healing and this program will help survivors reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit.

Two Sessions:
Virtual-Tuesday AM 10:00 am - 11:15 am

In Person Tuesday PM 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Led by a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and an experienced Trauma Co-Facilitator, this 6-week mindfulness group program aims to provide a safe space for survivors to heal. Through guided practice and meditation, participants will be able to reacquaint themselves with their bodies, ground themselves in the present moment, and explore the powerful benefits of mindfulness.
