Your adventure will be anchored in daily yoga, meditation, and qigong practices, the building blocks of a healthy life. You’ll learn to feel energy with the palms of your hands and move it throughout your body. You’ll learn to take control of your stress, a skill that will serve you for the rest of your life.
Throw in swimming with dolphins, whale-watching, surfing, hiking through the lush Hawaiian jungle, and relaxing in natural hot springs, and you’ll create memories to last the rest of your life too.
Our journey will culminate with a New Moon ceremony. Connected to the natural rhythms of Nature, this is a great time for letting go of what you no longer need and setting new intentions for the coming lunar cycle.
