Treat yourself to a double dose of self care through Healing Hues; a session that combines the art of yoga and painting. The first part of our gathering will be lead by Cas- who will guide us through a relaxing yoga session. Through meditation, we'll honor the strengths of our body and mind.We'll carry that positive energy over to the second part of our gathering. Deon of K'aalógii Kisses will lead us in an expressive art session. We'll create an acrylic painting on canvas that honors the beauty and balance in our lives. Through painting and storytelling, you'll create a vibrant masterpiece of your own.
