All of life is energy, and the Tarot can help you identify the areas of life that you're IN or OUT of sync with. Are you feeling uninspired? We can read that in the suit of the Wands. Are you anxious or stressed out? We look to see what the Swords have to say. Are you optimistic and working your plan but finding that you're not making progress? What do the Pentacles have to say about that. Tarot looks to see how you are being helped or if you're being held back.

Reading the Tarot with the 3 H's reminds us that energy is ever flowing, and it recognizes what getting stuck looks like. And we can get stuck in our hopes as easily as our problems. Within each card there holds the "lock and the key" -- the problem and the solution. Opening to the necessary answers to our life questions is both spiritual and
