Healing Heels: Renewal of Confidence Dance Workshop

Healing Heels is a 2-hour embodiment workshop designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, confidence, and inner authority through movement, intention, and sisterhood. Guided in heels choreography, grounding ritual, and reflective moments, this experience invites you to step into the new year feeling rooted, nourished, and fully present in your feminine power. No dance experience is required — all levels are welcome.

Please note: late arrivals cannot be accommodated, as the opening ceremony is an essential part of the experience.
