Come join us at the Knightswood Community Centre for a blissful evening of healing sound vibrations. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, expertly played by Suzanne. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and find inner peace.
During the sound bath, you will be comfortably lying down, allowing the sounds to wash over you, releasing tension and promoting deep relaxation. The vibrations will help balance your energy centers, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
No previous experience is necessary - simply come with an open mind and a willingness to let go. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any items that will enhance your comfort, Mats blanket and pillow are provided but you can bring extra for your own comfort.
