Healing Gong Sound Bath with Grounding Massage

Come experience the healing sounds of gongs with Laura while Alyssa grounds you with light Swedish massage. Please make sure to bring a pillow and a blanket, and anything else that will make you more comfortable. We will provide yoga mats for you to rest comfortably on the floor.
