Guided Meditation to meet your Heal Generational Wounds

This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to connect with your ancestors through a guided journey. This is to help release pent up sadness, hate, anger, pain, and more that has been passed down from parent to child.
The facilitator will guide you through this powerful meditation, helping you tap into your ancestral roots and gain insights into your own life. There will be a short sound bath afterwards to help integrate any healing received during the meditation. Don't miss this chance to deepen your spiritual connection and explore your ancestral heritage.

Yoga mats and pillows are provided, and make sure you wear something cozy! The Meditation will begin at 7:10 PM.
