Healing from the Inside Out is a free, half-day summit designed for individuals carrying emotional pain, unresolved grief, or personal challenges that have been hard to name or heal. Through three focused workshops and a live panel with Q&A, attendees will gain practical tools, clarity, and compassionate insight to help them move forward.
