Join us for a courageous workshop dedicated to mending the most fundamental relationship in your life: the one you have with yourself. Self-betrayal occurs when we consistently disregard our own needs, values, or instincts to prioritize others, often resulting in a deep sense of disconnection, resentment, and eroded self-trust. This session provides a safe, guided environment to stop the cycle of self-abandonment and begin the journey to radically showing up for ourselves.
If you've struggled with people pleasing, saying "yes" when you mean "no," or ignoring your needs, this workshop is for you.
