The memory of the birth of your child weighs on you. It turned out completely different than you imagined. At some point during the birth you had the feeling that you could no longer decide for yourself what happened to your body.In the group we can listen to each other and discuss challenges in daily life and bonding with your babies. Easy mindfulness exercises for the body will be guided.

Participation is free of charge, after a free individual consultation. Languages in the group are German and/or English.
Group: every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month
Individual consultation: 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month
