Healing Forward Tai Ji & Forest Therapy in OC

Everyday we are holding so much as individuals (caregiving, work, personal goals, etc.) and as a collective society (genocide, violence, etc.). We must give ourselves, our bodies and minds a way to release and strengthen the light and hope inside us. We can do this by connecting to nature, our bodies and by being in loving community. This is an opportunity to RESET and get GROUNDED.

On this day, there will be the connecting of two practices of reconnection- Forest Therapy and Tai Ji . Being together and enjoying food and practice is a way for us to rejuvenate ourselves and an opportunity to embody our values.

Please note that this is an unapologetically Pro-Black, Pro-BIPOC, Pro-Indigenous, Pro-Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander, Pro-LGBTQ+, Pro-Palestinian & Pro-Gender Expansive space. We expect openness and allyship.
