Healing for the soul is a weekly peer group session held by like experienced community members who strive to understand, support and empower one another through life’s difficulties for a brighter tomorrow. The group is representative of people who are experiencing or have experienced :
- domestic violence
- child abuse
- suicide
- incarceration
- mental health/ illness barriers
- unhoused/homelessness
- substance abuse
- teenage pregnancy
- loss of a loved one
- depression or anxiety issues
- family alienation/ abandonment
