Drumming can assist in shifting and transforming difficult emotions and feelings - shift sadness to joy, anger to forgiveness, and fear to hope.
❤️🕊️🎶💫 This month, we will evoke the power of animal spirits by calling in drum rhythms evolved over many years of practicing drummers, while drumming intentional healing rhythms. Gifts from our animal relations, and our ancestors, to all who seek the oneness of everything. Then, we will have fun experimenting and playing various rattles, flutes, animal calls, voice sounds, laughter, and more with safe community! Let’s experience the power of healing playfulness together!
