This is a ritual-workshop which combines healing power of magic truffles (psilocybin) and transformative dance technique called Embody Peace (authentic practice developed by Branka Zgonjanin). Participants take a microdose of magic truffles in a ritualistic setting. It takes approx. 30 minutes for microdose to be felt. Effects are mainly noticeable in the body, a person might feel more relaxed and ready to work deeper. During this time we will do breathing and physical exercises for opening and preparation of the body. Next 60 minutes will be used for an instructed dance practice, in which participants are stimulated to visit their “forgotten body parts”, places in the body where traumas, inner wounds, subconscious feelings, thoughts, etc. are stored. By activating those body-parts, in a more open way due to microdosing, and by integrating everything through Embody Peace dance, participants initiate for themselves a more holistic bodily awareness. Practice is simple, and anyone can do it.
This workshop will be supported with live percussion by EZRA BEAT
and with meditative sounds created by live plants via special devices.

Branka Zgonjanin (aka Iskra Bela, 1980, Belgrade), is a visual and conceptual artist, performer and choreographer, herbalist and anthropologist, living in Amsterdam. She holds MA in Choreography from Theaterschool in Amsterdam (2011), and MA in Anthropology from Belgrade University (2005). In the recent years, Branka is working in close collaboration with plant world, and makes artworks which are hybrid forms of herbalism, ritual-performances/shamanism and “deep ecology”.

EZRA BEAT - Live percussion for therapy and healing. Traditional African and Latin from groove to of beat sacred rhythms that work with frequency and shifting.
EZRA worked with ecstatic dance as DJ and then transitioned into the live percussion and drumming, a similar process is applied to the art of live percussion to guide the participants. Going back to the roots of rhythm and how one can work with therapy and process to energetically lift the spirit.
