Healing Couple Breathwork Workshop

Join Dr. Cory and Jess of The Healing Couple, founders of RESET Breathwork, for a transformative and activating breathwork experience designed to help you release stress, clear mental clutter, and reconnect to yourself.

This is your opportunity to step away from the daily grind and hit a full-system reset.

Through a guided 3-part breathing practice set to music, you’ll be fully supported while lying down in a safe and intentional environment. No prior experience is necessary.

This is more than meditation or traditional yoga breathing. RESET Breathwork is an immersive experience that works through your mind, body, emotions, and energy to help you:
