About this Event
Every healing circle will have a theme. Whether it is a connection, forgiveness, or honoring ourselves, the theme and focus will be on you. These circles will have meditation, journaling, and yoga, and even some free movement. Allow yourself time and space to move freely through any emotions and feelings that you have stored up.
Connect with yourself on all levels. I hope that these healing circles create a sense of community and connection. When moving through anything complex, it is always good to have a support system. These healing circles are my way of creating a space to support each other.
