Join us for an evening of connection, relaxation, and renewal in our Healing Circle. This free community event is led by Eric Ruhm and visiting guests, bringing together gentle practices to calm the mind, relieve stress, and foster a sense of unity and support. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and sharing, we’ll create a safe space for healing, reflection, and positive energy. All are welcome—no experience necessary.
Bring an open heart, a cozy blanket or chair, and come as you are. We look forward to holding space for you!
Rain or shine event. We will take the circle inside when it's wet or when we just can't keep each other warm enough.
