Healing Circle is a very special and intimate gathering for anyone who may be struggling or experiencing challenges in their life for any reason. When we sit in a circle, side by side, we co-create a safe haven, a container of loving energy for our brothers and sisters to connect, share, and heal. Within the structure of this Circle, there is no hierarchy. The circle represents no beginning and no end. Each person's voice is equally important, their story honored and received fully. It becomes a sacred opportunity for us all to witness and practice deep listening, as well as have the experience of being received and held.
In the Healing Circle, you will never be expected to tell your story or speak unless you want to. Feel a sense of compassionate community by being in the presence of others who are healing, without having to speak a word.
With a clear intention of healing, we will share, listen, sing, chant, reflect, and meditate. Our time together will conclude with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation for balance and enrichment, healing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
Participants will be asked to agree to hold all of the interactions in the Healing Circle as confidential in an effort to maintain an open environment and nourishing experience for everyone.
OPTIONAL: Feel free to bring a journal to write in and an item for the altar in the center of the circle - candle, stones, pictures, crystals, flowers, etc. Light refreshments and herbal tea will be provided.
The Healing Circle is being offered at no charge as an outflow of our Seva practice, our desire to be of service to our community and for the benefit of all. If you feel called to offer a love donation, it will be received with gratitude.

TIME: 4:00 - 6:30 pm
COST: There is no charge to attend, but advance registration is required to maintain an intimate setting.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. This event will begin and end on time. To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.
