Healing Art of Folk Dances Workshop

Dance is a fun and exciting activity that doews not have a language limits and can help reduce stress and anxiety levels, releasing endorphins and improving mood. Sometimes all we need is to take a breath, move, feel other people’s energy, and remember that joy is natural.

🔹 integrative international dances — easy, fun, no preparation required,

🔹 meeting new people in a warm supporting atmosphere,

🔹 active games for energy, laughter and freedom,

🔹 slavic round dance practices — about unity, warmth, and connection between people.
