These in-person events are designed to be small, intimate gatherings to provide a safe and supportive space for men to lean into their mental healing. The emphasis on men is to bring attention to the struggles and challenges that men face while helping navigate and explore those emotional challenges and personal development.

UniquelyU with Liana is offering this transformative experience to help men connect with like-minded individuals to share and gain valuable insights that will help men thrive in various aspects of their life. We are providing a safe space that allows engagement and interactive sessions geared towards the empowerment of the mind and the necessities of being a man while creating brotherhood.

Participants will engage with a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Behavorial Coach for an hour and a half to discuss and focus on life's issues that men struggle with and endure daily. This event is structured to explore mental wellness and personal growth geared and structured for men.

This environment has been created for participants to communicate life's challenges that are faced day to day that go dismissed, ignored, and or rejected.

Come and see how these issues are relatable among other like minded individuals while learning to seek help and solutions to a growing epidemic in the ebodiment of men.
