"Healing 4 Tha Men" is a powerful in-person event where men gather to support each other's emotional well-being.Healing 4 Da Men
Join us for engaging group sessions, supporting self-discovery and growth to navigate areas of Health and Healing for men.
These in-person events are designed to be small, intimate gatherings to provide a safe and supportive space for men to lean into their mental healing. The emphasis on men is to bring attention to the struggles and challenges that men face while helping navigate and explore challenges and personal development.
We are providing a safe space that allows engaging and interactive sessions geared towards the empowerment of the mind and the necessities of being a man and brotherhood.
Participants will engage in 2 sessions led by a Clinical Therapist/Behavioral Coach.
“4 Da Men” cohort package includes:
-1.5 hours of group coaching sessions
-15 minute Consultation for Mental Health Services
-One Haircut during either session or a gift certificate for a haircut (*Applicable ONLY for the men who purchased and attend 9/19 & 9/26 sessions)
-Snacks/Drinks
-Stress Relief Tools/Gadgets
COST: $55 per session
