Healing & Empowerment: EMDR for Women Impacted by the Justice System
Join us for a workshop designed to support women who have experienced the justice system. This introduction to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) will guide you in tapping into your brain's natural ability to process and heal.
The session will run between 1 and 1.5 hours, depending on the number of participants, with a limit of 5 women in order to create a safe, supportive, and individualized space.
