3. Learn practical, empowering methods to support healing and build resilience.
4. Develop personalised strategies to continue your healing journey beyond the course.
Course Requirements
Online sessions will be delivered via Zoom. You'll require access to a compatible device and Zoom account.
Face-to-face sessions will be delivered in-person at the venue listed. Depending on the venue, a component of the course may incorporate spending a short time outdoors.
You're encouraged to bring a water bottle, pen/pencil and notebook/journal, if possible.
